Mr. Eugene C. Yu a licensed Realtor for more than 29 years and currently the President of CEO Real Estate Marketing (CEOREM) and Capital Estate Org. Development Corporation (CEODEVCORP.) which are both into marketing of real estate projects, general brokerage, lease of properties, real estate consultancy and management, packing of projects for mass housing and conceptual planning & feasibility studies for real estate.

Mr. Yu was elected President of Pasay Makati Realtors Board, Inc. (PMRB) in 1988. During his term he conducted four consecutive real estate seminars. Attendance was a record high on all such the board was able to generate substantial fund which eventually was turn-over to the lucky incoming President. Finally, PMRB won the Best Local Board of Philippine Association for Realtors Board, Inc. (PAREB). Having been elected national treasurer the following year, he became instrumental in the founding of another chapter which became known as the Calamba-Laguna Realtors Board, Inc. (CLRB).

His most distinguished service to the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders Association (CREBA, Inc.) was as vice president for chapter affairs in 1993, during which he instigated the reactivation of a considerable number of chapters in Visayas and Mindanao, and the formation of new ones nationwide.

Serving again in the same capacity from 2005 to 2006, he initiated setting into place a manual of operations for chapters, which serve as a guide for planning, organizing, and expansion of local chapter activities.

Additionally, Eugene has served as trustee/director of two (2) of the Chamber’s subsidiaries: the CREBA Social Housing Foundation, Inc. (CSHFI) and the CREBA International Foundation, Inc. (CIFI).

Eugene was recognized as the most outstanding Rotarian twice from 1997 to 1999 by the Rotary Club of Makati Central (RCMC) of which he became president in the year 2000. One year thereafter, he was elected chairman of the RCMC Foundation. He held the office of Assistant Governor of Rotary International District 3830 for 3 successful terms between 2002, 2004 and 2009.

Some of the projects currently being handled by Mr. Yu are Somerset Place at Manggahan, Pasig City, W. H. Taft Residences at Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila; Heritage Park Area 2 at Fort Bonifacio, and Canyon Cove Residential Beach Resort at Nasugbu, Batangas among others.
